Picture of the Week – Circle Center

dscn39591

This evolved from a Circle Training in October.  We have a very creative individual with us.  This was the outcome from our ‘Consensus Exercise’.  There are polished river stones, sea coral and glass shapes used.

The watts in my smile went up!

I got a chip in my tooth fixed.  It was just a tiny little chip, but it was on one of my two front teeth.  I didn’t expect it to be as easy as fixing a cavity (without even needing a shot).  Once I asked, and found out it wouldn’t cost me an arm & a leg, I decided to get the chip repaired.  I’m really glad I did.  It makes me feel better about my smile.

At a non-profit leaders meeting, we shared stories about our first “calling” to be working in the non-profit sector.  I was blessed to hear from a women whose parents, distributed food to less fortunate.  Her Mother told her “A smile, is the first stage of healing”.  That really made sense to me, it put a smile on my heart to think about that.  I try to smile as others as often as I can.  And now . . . my smile is a bit brighter.
